1. Quotes and Advice for services - Our interest with respect to your data is restricted to contacting you with your consent to discuss your enquiry. We will contact you either by email or phone or by both, depending on the data you supply us with and any specific requests you make; This data comprises of your name, email address, telephone number and address. Your personal information may be passed to third party service providers who shall process your information on our behalf and under our control. As the nature of our discussions will be related to the instruction of a solicitor or legal firm, we will need to share your data with third party solicitors or legal firms (partnered firms) who can provide you with the services you require. For the avoidence of doubt, your personal data is provided to our partnered legal firms to allow them to provide quotes and advise as requested by you through our dighital platform (up to a maximum of 10 legal firms). They will only use your data to contact you in respect of the quote you have asked for. Your data will be stored by us for a period until you have instructed and completed your works with solicitor or legal firm (Partnered Firm) or you advise us that you do not wish to use our services. You have the right to withdraw consent for us to process your data at any time.

2. Feedback on partnered firms - We will use your data to email you after you have registered for a quote to seek your feedback on Just Law Quotes and subsequently on any partnered firms you may have used. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time. When you submit feedback on Just Law Quotes, or one of our partnered firms, we will invite you to consent to your feedback being shown on the website. You may withdraw that consent at any time. You further consent to the 'Right of Redress' and to allow any reviewd party the right to submit a reply. (See or Terms and Conditions) If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.
